Returns Policy

You may return your new, unused item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.  After 30 you will receive a credit towards your next purchase from our store at Nature's Kitchen.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.  If you received a defective or incorrect product we will send you a replacement product at no cost to you.  We may require proof of defect before sending out a replacement item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (if applicable): - Perishable Goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, Gift Cards, Sale Items, Discount


A request for refund/return/replacement may be done either by logging in to your account (if applicable) or by sending an email to rmitchell@natureskitchn.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt of your item or request.   If you haven’t received a refund within this specified time please contact us at rmitchell@natureskitchn.com.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
