Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Food Products (Sauces & Marinades): We do not accept returns on food items such as sauces, marinades out of concerns for food safety. If you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your purchase you may request for a credit to your account which can be applied to a future purchase.
Other Items: You have 30 calendar days to return a non-food item from the date of delivery confirmation. You must be the original purchaser, have proof of purchase, and the item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards, Discounts, Sale Items, and Digital Items are non-returnable. You are responsible for shipping.
Replacing Damaged Items: If the item you received was damaged send us a picture and a brief description of the damage and we'll send you out a replacement at no cost to you.
Submitting a Request: A request for refund/return/replacement may be done either by logging in to your account (if applicable) or by sending an email to email@example.com. If your request is approved, your refund, credit or replacement will be processed. If you haven’t received a refund within this specified time please contact us.
