Let us cook for you!
Do you cater? We get this question all the time whenever we attend or participate in tasting events. Yes we do, and we would love to. But there's a catch. We only cater for small group events for up to about 15 - 20 people. Here's why. We like to cook, yes! But our attitude towards cooking is that it should be enjoyable, and towards eating is that it should be good. So we don't make fast food (i.e. we don't like to rush), we only serve what we would eat ourselves, and we make limited quantities.
So if that sounds good to you, then let's get started. A few other things to note. For the most part most of what you order will be in a half tray which will typically suffice for group sizes mentioned above. For example, a half tray of jerk chicken will serve about 15 and a half tray of pulled pork serves about 20.

Whenever possible, get to know your crowd before placing your order by trying to determine the number of servings each person will consume. For example an approximate serving size of meat for a light to normal eater is around 4 ounces while a person with a heavier appetite may 8 or more ounces.
For an accurate quote and timely delivery we will need the following information:
- At least 3 days advanced order.
- The date of your event
- The time you would like to have everything (typical delivery between 11 am. - 3 pm.)
- The number of people you are serving
- The delivery address
- The menu items you would like to serve
- The best number to reach you at
- Your credit card or payment information (50% charged on order confirmation)

- 4-5 miles ($150)
- 6-8 miles ($200)
- 9-11 miles ($250)
