Here's a quick and easy recipe and dinner idea provided by one of our customers who used our Smokin' Jerk BBQ sauce for Fajita night at her house.
"My husband and my daughter ate it all!".Ingredients
- Smokin' Jerk BBQ Sauce
- Chicken tenderloins
- Coconut oil
- Sea Salt
- Red, green, and yellow peppers
- Corn tortillas
- Sauté chicken tenderloins in coconut oil then add Smokin’ BBQ, pepper, sea salt - mix well.
- Sauté red, green and yellow peppers with mushrooms in coconut oil then combine with chicken & BBQ mixture - mix well
- Heat Corn Tortillas and add chicken/pepper mixture
